It is an honour to be a part of Unico, etched with solid pride, to be able to handle and impart knowledge to my class, and also to be part of their crucial developmental stage. The daily challenges of finding suitable educational materials and creating the best learning opportunities have always been a thrill and adventure for me as an educator. My day may be hectic, but at the end of the day, I enjoy doing what I do in an institution that creates future leaders. The extraordinary is not in who we are, but what we do.Perhaps, it is not just the ABCs and the 123s that we are instilling in the minds of these beloved children daily, but the “hope of a brighter future.”

As a teacher, the most memorable teaching moment for me was the “Yeah, they’re getting it!” moment. It was indeed a very joyful moment for me to see these children show improvement gradually. I believed that happy learning could lead to better emotions and positiveness that would bring good results for children’s well-being. Children learn best when they feel welcomed,comfortable, and safe, which Unico International provides.

As an educator, I focus on assisting each child in developing their potential. Incorporate each different learning style, as well as make the content relevant to the student’s learning ability. Understanding the learners’ potential and using learning opportunities for learners’ growth. “Every classroom has its unique community.’’

One thing I like about being a teacher is the flexibility that comes with it. While there is a syllabus to follow, I have the freedom to design my lessons In whichever way I see fit, however, I want. The sky’s the limit. Unico allows me to sketch my classrooms to give the best impact on my teaching and lessons.

Every child has dreams. I always dreamed of becoming a teacher and I had teachers who helped me reach my goal, so I want to be that person for others. Hopefully, my dearest students can find guidance, discipline, love and friendship all in me through the life lesson.

It’s satisfying to see children progress both academically and non-academically. Teaching music can help children understand that they can learn and find different approaches that help each of them learn based on their learning styles. Besides, it’s amazing watching children grow and change over the school year.

Learning Arts encourages self-expression, creativity and individual identity. Creativity helps with well-being and improving health. Studying arts subjects also helps to develop critical thinking and the ability to interpret the world around us and “Loving art makes your life better”

My passion for teaching became true when I started my career at Unico International. Here, students can enhance their understanding with real-world education and skills for a better future. I get to watch the primary and secondary students gaining knowledge and moral values. Seeing them excel in both their studies and personal growth is bliss

A teacher cannot begin or continue to inspire learning without being a learner. A teacher often helps to create new knowledge, and continuously examines teaching methods. Thus, I see Unico International as a great platform for me to find my exceptional teaching potential and enhance students’ knowledge through contextual learning. ‘’The more you struggle, the more you learn.”

Children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment to grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. I desire to create this type of atmosphere for learners to meet their full potential. I aim to bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and high expectations to the classroom each day. As we all know, ‘’Experience is the best teacher.’’ Thanks, Unico for making all my teaching goals turned into realities.

I am glad to be given a chance to share my progressive experience at Unico International. This could be accomplished because we work as a team. We experienced teachers and admins with never-ending guidance. I truly believe that education is much more than a set of results on a piece of paper. In Unico, we create future leaders.

Being a language enthusiast, I find enormous satisfaction in picking up new languages and sharing my experience and enthusiasm with the students. I strongly believe that through active learning and student-centred learning pedagogy, we can provide a fun learning environment where students will get a precious experience in their learning. I believe “Language is the blood of the soul into which thoughts run and out of which they grow.”

Teaching is a satisfying job. It is a job I dreamt of since childhood. My satisfaction is to see children progress both academically and non-academically as rounded people. It is challenging, but the good far outweighs the bad. Being a part of Unico I have gained solid experience. With 21st-century learning, learners enjoy and master their daily learning. I sincerely believe “teachers who love teaching, teach children to love learning.”
