Application Guidelines

All students enrolling in Unico International School are required to take a placement test. They will be tested on English and Mathematics, within the duration of two hour. Kindly be reminded that students need to bring their own stationery for the examination. You may request a placement test by appointment, between 8AM to 4PM on Mondays to Fridays (excluding weekends, school holidays and public holidays).

For enrolment, kindly prepare the following documents photocopied and attach together with the application form:

You will need :

Passport size photos of:

( 3 ) Three passport-sized photographs of the student.
( 1 ) One passport size photograph of the father.
( 1 ) One passport size photograph of the mother.

One copy each of the following:

Student’s Birth Certificate & Students Identification Card (IC) or Passport details
Parent’s Identification Card (IC) (Father & Mother)
Results transcripts or school assessment and school leaving certificate from previous school.
Guardian Authorization letter (if applicable)
Medical letter (if applicable)
